The Economic Security Corporation (ESC) implemented the PSP with Early Head Start children in November 2010 in Joplin, MO .The senior Dental Hygiene students from Missouri Southern State University provided the oral screenings for the children. Nancy Karst, RDH organized the PSP event in partnership with the ESC by recruiting many volunteers to add to the success of a great oral screening and varnishapplication event.
